One of the most important accessories for a rifle is the sling. Our padded slings offer the same rapid one-handed length adjustment from the Unpadded slings but with the addition of a foam pad permanently sewn to the rear half.
Slings are sold with open ends and included triglides. Other attachment hardware such as QDs or HK snaps are sold separately.
Accent color is the color of the pull tab and plastic hardware.
Slings are sold with extra material on the rear half that is expected to be trimmed by the user after the appropriate length is determined.
- Simple, one-handed, on-the-fly length adjustment
- Robust 1" webbing minimizes bulk while maintaining functionality
- 1.5" wide, .25" thick 4lb XLPE foam pad sewn inside a cordura sleeve
- Non-marring Berry compliant polyer hardware
- Lifetime No-BS warranty

Padded slings get pricey, so it’s nice that this comes in at $55, which is a lot less than any other good quality sling I’ve seen on the market. The construction, strength, and quality are top notch, and I can tell Krys and Steve really take pride in making these. However I do think there are a couple things that would make it go from a decent sling to a GREAT sling:
First, there is plenty of length, but the placement of the padded section is much too close to the middle if you connect your sling to the butt (like most of us do with a 2 point) instead of the rear of receiver. There is a TON of unpadded sling at the butt end, where it’s kind of unnecessary. There is something like 22 inches of bare sling at the butt end when there should be at most 10-14. It would be so much more useful to take half of those inches and add them to the adjustment loop where they could be more useful. I had to double mine back through the hardware a few times to take up that length at the back to get the padding where I need it, which is fine, but means that NOW the overall length is just barely long enough at its longest adjustment. I understand not everyone connects their 2 point at the very front of the handguard and the very back of the butt, but the majority do, because it keeps the rifle more stable when slung, and a GREAT sling should accommodate that a little better.
The other thing I think could be a little better is just minor, but the cordura on the inner side of the sling isn’t the most comfortable against skin. When you’re running a rifle all day that texture as it rubs against your neck is a bit abrasive.
Again, I can’t say enough about the durability and quality of construction, it truly feels like a tough piece of gear and I have no doubt it’ll hold up to years of wear.
Thank you for the comprehensive review!
- There is definitely a lot of extra material at the rear end to account for our Paul Bunyan sized buyers. I recommend trimming the excess off (and sealing the end with a lighter) when you are confident in the length that you need. All of my rifles have the sling mounted at the butt end of the stock (and by the FSP/front of handguard).
- I'd be happy to send you a longer front half for the sling at no charge.
it’s comfortable, attaches easily and works easily.I like the fact that it is narrow (1 inch) but with a wide area that is padded to go over your shoulder. This makes it light and easy to manipulate, and comfortable at the same time. Great job!
Nice sling. Padding is welcome
I was looking for a sling to use on my Beretta A300 UP and after a number of days searching, I came across SKRP. 1 Reddit thread in particular had mentioned SKRP and I took a look - they had exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you to both, Krys and Steve for this wonderful product, I am truly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship.
Quick shipping. Looks great and fits perfectly with my gun.
